Plan a controlled WAPI rollout

Prepare access, validate configuration, and launch one representative workflow through a clear sequence. Onboarding guidance does not replace your hosting provider, Meta account administrator, security team, or legal and compliance advisers.

Confirm the deployment plan

Review the server, domain, HTTPS, database, mail, background-worker, backup, and access responsibilities before installation.

01

Install and activate WAPI

Use the supported installer and customer portal license workflow, then confirm the application can reach the required services.

02

Connect approved channels

Configure the WhatsApp Business and Meta assets, webhooks, templates, media rules, and any supported integrations required by the rollout.

03

Set roles and operating rules

Create users, grant the smallest required permissions, configure teams, compliance controls, AI governance, and background workers.

04

Validate one workflow end to end

Test a representative inbox, template, campaign, form, chatbot, commerce, appointment, or billing journey before enabling broader use.

05

Launch and monitor

Review delivery, worker health, reports, audit evidence, backups, and support paths after launch.

06

Prepare before contacting us

Have your intended domain, server environment, installation status, selected plan, required modules, WhatsApp/Meta setup state, and first validation workflow ready. Never send passwords or tokens through the public form.

Use the right support path

General onboarding questions can use the public contact form. Eligible subscribers can raise a protected ticket for account-specific work and keep the conversation history together.
