Frequently Asked Questions

SMS Marketing questions

Does SMS Marketing include the SMS gateway?
No. A supported provider profile must be configured and tested before WAPI can submit SMS messages. Provider availability, coverage, and charges remain subject to the selected provider.
Can SMS campaigns use contact segments and tags?
Yes. Campaign setup can use the eligible contact scope together with supported audience, category, and tag filters while preserving consent and suppression rules.
Can the team review failed or pending SMS messages?
Yes. Delivery and report views separate accepted, delivered, failed, pending, stale, and suppressed outcomes so operators can filter and review the permitted recipient evidence.
