Can WAPIServer send bulk WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Eligible plans can create template-based campaigns for opted-in contacts, apply audience rules and recipient limits, schedule delivery, and review recipient-level outcomes. Meta template and messaging rules still apply.
Does WAPIServer add a markup to Meta message charges?
WAPIServer does not add its own per-message Meta markup. The customer connects the applicable Meta billing relationship and pays Meta charges directly; WAPIServer plan and hosting costs remain separate.
Can a campaign be treated as delivered when it is queued?
No. Queued, sent, delivered, read, and failed states are different. Reporting should use the delivery evidence returned through the configured WhatsApp Business Platform flow.
