Who is WAPIServer designed for?
The primary audience is medium and large businesses, agencies, ecommerce operations, and multi-location teams that need more control and workflow breadth than a simple messaging add-on.
How long is the free trial?
The current trial lasts 15 days, is available worldwide, requires no payment card, and uses the current highest plan during the trial period.
Where is WAPIServer installed?
It can be installed in a server environment selected by the customer or in a separately quoted environment arranged and managed by WAPI.
What data goes to the WAPI licensing server?
Only the limited installation and licence metadata required for validation is sent. Customer contacts, messages, automation data, and files are not sent to the licensing server.

No. WAPIServer uses supported Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform workflows. Meta policies, templates, consent rules, messaging charges, and service dependencies still apply.
Does WAPIServer add a Meta message markup?
WAPIServer does not add its own per-message Meta markup. Customers pay the applicable Meta charges through their connected billing relationship.
Is managed hosting included in plan prices?
No. Public plan prices are licence prices. Managed hosting and operations are separately quoted.
Is custom development included in managed service?
No. Customer-specific development is a separately scoped Professional Services engagement.
Can WAPI guarantee a search ranking or Meta approval?
No. WAPI does not guarantee search positions, indexing timelines, Meta approval, or a business outcome. Product and onboarding work can improve readiness but external decisions remain outside WAPI control.
